There are several stages of acne, or should I say, three types of acne conditions:

1) Mild Acne
2) Moderate Acne
3) Severe Acne

In which case, all three would require your attention as soon as possible. Let’s take the mild acne for instance, it is of course the simplest form of acne and can be treated by simply washing your face regularily or cleaning the area where acne is present with luke warm water. Apply a mild acne topical solution like Benzoyl Peroxide or Salicylic Acid. Both can be found and purchased over the counter at your local drug store or pharmacy.

Now for moderate acne, this is usually acne that would cover over 50% of your face or somewhere on the body.  Not yet the severe stage, but can come close to it if not treated right away.  At this stage, I would suggest visiting your dermatologist to get more test done on your skin so that you can be treated with a more stronger acne regimen.  Some treatments that would be offered at time of visit could be something like a “blue light theraphy” treatment or you may be prescribed oral medications or even a topical solution for acne home treatment

The severe stage of acne is the worst stage. The severe stages of acne covers over fifty percent of your face and or your body (legs, back, arms, chest, etc..).  The severe type of acne usually always leave deep and permanent scarring to the skin tissue. Severe acne resembles a inflamed puss like cyst that hurts even if you try to smile, and is very very uncomfortable. Seeking treatment immediatly would be your best option, and by doing so will prevent further skin damage and scarring.

See Pictures of Acne and Understand the Different Treatment Solutions

Most people think that acne only affects the facial area, but that is further from the truth!  Acne can consume the entire body as well if left untreated.  Though it is more problematic on the face, back, neck and even arms, which would require back acne treatment.  Reports show that these body parts affected with acne are the worse cases.

Using over the counter topical acne treatments such as Benzoyl Peroxide can effectively help reduce acne prone areas in most cases. You can pick up a bottle of Benzoyl at your local pharmacy or drug store. It comes in a couple of strength levels ranging from 2.5 or higher. With the use of topical medicines like Bonzoyl Peroxide, it can treat mild to sometimes moderate acne. It helps reduce sebaceous glands and unclog blocked pores.

Retonoid treatments are also a good way to fight and help rid of acne. Mainly effective in curing black heads, comedonal acne and white heads.  But the best and popular back acne treatment of them all are medications that are prescribed by the doctor.  Medications like Tretinoin cream, Menocyline, Accutane and others that will help combat acne.

If you are left with sightly horrific looking scars to the face or body, there is a home made remedy that it is being used right now called chemical peels. Though it may be a little risky doing this yourself if you are not sure what you are doing, therefore and professional doctor would be the logical choice. In closing to keep and maintain a healthy vibrant looking skin, be sure you are eating a well-balanced meal rich with nutrients, excercise more and get plenty of rest. This treatment is called the “natures cure-all” to vitaility and a healthy lifestyle!

Suffering from acne can be very embarrassing, making you feel self-conscious and constantly on the hunt for the best acne treatment.

Acne sufferers should pay a visit to their Physician. It is a good idea to see a Physician as sometimes you can think you have acne but it could be eczema or psoriasis instead. Spending months using acne soaps and lotions only to find that they are making the skin worse, causing more skin irritations. This is the reason why it is so important to get a proper diagnosis.

Experts think that prevention is better than cure, and that by eating a healthy diet and drinking a large quantity of water each day, together with using a cleansing soap is the best way toprevent acne.

However for many young people they are facing a problem with their skin and acne is the cause, these young people suffering from acne want the best and fastest acne treatment they can find.

Acne spreads through bacteria and some believe that if you keep this under control then your acne will be contained and can then be treated. A regime of using a cleanser and an acne treatment cream developed for the sole purpose of keeping the skin free of bacteria. It is important to read the instructions on whatever cleanser you use and to clean your skin gently.Scrubbing with a harsh cleanser can cause damage to the skin and make your acne worse.

You should never pick at the acne spots or squeeze those zits and pimples, and keep your hands away from the area. Touching your spots will only spread the bacteria and can every start an infection. So remember you can look but dont touch those spots.

There are plenty of home remedies for acne and you can check out our home remedy acne review.

There are actually three of the best acne remedies that are being currently being promoted today and they can really take care of your pimples away for good…permanently and here they are. People with “heavy” acne problems can choose between the Murad acne treatment, the Blu-U Levulan acne treatment and the Clearlight acne treatment. All are specially-designed treatments that are available in every dermatologist all throughout the country but these are not just the only best remedies. Today, according to an Acne Free in 3 Days review, you can even get rid of your acne even just staying at home and without using any kinds of drugs, medications or any commercialized products like herbal or natural supplements.

Actually, this remedy that you are going to find out is carefully explained in a book guide written by a person who is now very popular and his name is Chris Gibson. Chris was the author of a book guide called “No More Moles, Warts or Skin Tags” and it has gained a lot of praises. The natural remedies found inside this book are so very effective that he was featured in a lot of shows on TV and the radio including Fox News Channel, “Great Day SA Show”, AM Arizona Show & Canada’s “The A Channel Morning Show”. Now, he has written something again and this time, it’s a book guide called “Acne Free in 3 Days”.

Many people who have been very much concerned about how they look because of problems of acne can now learn how to eradicate these ugly protuberance without harming their skin. The very principles of using safe and natural ingredients that can already be found in one’s home is the same one as what was explained in Chris’ other book. Acne Free in 3 Days book is now available all over the Internet and be sure you have a copy of this if you want to get rid of your acne in the most natural way as possible.

To be acne free and healthy on the outside, you need to start with the inside. By cleansing and moisturizing your face on a regular basis, eating well, and drinking plenty of water, you will help rid acne from your face.

To hydrate your skin, drink 6-8 glasses of water a day. Water is a natural cleanser and purifier to help get toxins out of the body. It has to be done regularly to have results. Replace sodas and caffeine drinks with water to help with this process of cleansing. Water helps your whole body as well as your face.

Avoid fried foods and eat plenty of organically grown vegetables and fruits. Fried foods contain a lot of oil and your face may be breaking out due to the excessive oils already in your system. Avoid fried foods, as this will not only help to keep your face clear, it is a healthier choice for your whole body. Foods like beans, spinach, zucchini, and most fruits, are rich in fiber. To be on your way to an acne free face, try researching a list of fiber-rich foods that you like and eating them often to help your whole body as well as your face. By having fiber in your diet, you can make your body stronger against other diseases such as heart disease, high blood pressure, and cancer.

If you have trouble getting in all of the good foods for your skin and body, vitamin supplements may be a good choice for you. A qualified nutritionist should help you make the choices you need for supplementing your diet.By cleansing your face daily with a non-drying cleanser, you can help keep your face from breaking out with acne. Find something that cleanses your skin and clears its pores, as this would be a good start. To help kill the bacteria, you may have to find a separate treatment. Give yourself a good six to eight weeks of drinking water, cleansing your face and eating well to see some results.

It takes more than just one thing to help you become acne free. It is a whole body approach which includes cleansing inside and outside at the same time. The benefits are better for your body overall. You will look and feel better with clearer skin if you approach it as a whole picture rather than individual problems to be cured.

Acne can be a feat that many dream of overcoming, even starting in the adolescent years. Is it possible or is being acne free, just a dream?Even in the teenage years, it is possible to have vibrant and healthy skin that is clear of acne? Some think not, but I don’t agree with them! It is completely possible.

Becoming acne free can change your life!It can make you feel better about how you look on a daily basis, and boost your self-esteem.You won’t awaken in fear that your face has been visited by large zits during the night. Those days could be over, finally.

Keeping your face clean is one of the first steps to becoming acne free. One key to keeping the blemishes at bay is cleansing your skin twice a day with a soap that works well with your skin.Exfoliation of your skin every other day is often recommended by the experts.  This step will help you discard the dead skin cells that can build up and cause unwanted pimples.

Another part of keeping your skin clean is to nourish it from the inside out.Keeping your skin hydrated and healthy is essential, so eat a healthy diet and drink plenty of water. To keep your skin looking its best, eat foods that are high in anti-oxidants and omega-3 fatty acids.  Drinking 10 glasses of water a day will give your body and skin enough hydration to keep your skin radiating.

Rest is another factor to maintaining healthy skin.  Have you ever seen a person who gets no sleep with flawless skin?  It just doesn’t happen. In order for your skin to renew itself, you need to get at least 8 hours of sleep every night.  This quality sleep will also help you remain stress free which will keep you acne free

Eliminating stress can be a difficult feat in our day and age. However, exercising and getting plenty of restful sleep can help in this area.  Exercise is also essential for healthy skin as it keeps the skin properly oxygenated.

Other factors that can keep you rid acne are limited, unprotected skin exposure and no smoking.Limiting our exposure to the sun will help our skin, as it needs only a few minutes of sun exposure.Keep your skin protected from UV rays because they can do a lot of harm to your skin. Also, smoking cigarettes is certainly not the best for your skin.To avoid unwanted acne, don’t smoke cigarettes, as the smoke clogs your lungs and your skin’s pours with unhealthy toxins.

With these and other small steps, anyone can be acne free. It’s possible, and not just a dream. Many adolescents and adults are living this dream every day by properly caring for their skin.

To understand the true acne cause and the cure, it is first very important to eliminate a few of the Myths that in truth are not the real problem at all.

1. Myth: People who have acne don’t clean their bodies well enough. OF COURSE this is untrue. Many of the worst acne cause sufferers are actually overly obsessive when it comes to cleanliness. Or if this were true then any worker such as an Auto Mechanic with oil and grease from cars on his face or a firemen with soot on his would have a huge problem with acne and this is just not the case.

2. Mostly Myth: A bad diet is the culprit. Not completely true at all. Sure a bad diet can have an imposition on the liver and slightly contribute to your acne out breaks. But it is not the main cause or everyone who eats bad would have acne. We know this can’t be true because most people eat badly and most people don’t have acne cause problems.

3. Mostly Myth: Stress- yes it can affect the liver slightly but again it by itself won’t be an acne cause.

4. Another Myth: Bacteria- no, once again not even close to the actual cause of acne. Otherwise people with acne would be thought of as contagious and we all know that’s not true.

5. Finally acne is also not likely caused by 99% of the myths floating around on the internet such as the completely non validated vitamin B-5 deficiency hype.

So what the heck is the real acne cause you’re asking?

Well, it’s simpler than you may think, it’s only 3 things working together and it’s truly pretty easy to understand.

The real cause of acne and the cure is simply a hormonal imbalance an over abundance of toxins and your Immune systems response to it. When Androgenic Hormones (the ones that build your body up) are to heavily produced or not properly eliminated or recycled way to much “Sebum” (skin oil) is produced. If this happens especially in the presence of a large amount of toxins the body’s Immune system kicks into gear to protect itself.

Yes, your real acne cause frustration is just your own body’s Immune system doing exactly what it is supposed to. Your body see’s huge Sebum secretions and high levels of toxins in the blood as potentially harmful breading areas for bacteria and so it forms sticky cells that seal off your skin duct (tunnel the oils travel out of). And, BINGO you have a new pimple!

But wait you say, you know friends with oily skin who don’t have any acne problems, what’s up with that? Easy, the answer lies in their liver. Here is where some of the non acne causes we talked about can have their mild but cumulative effects. If your liver is having a challenge keeping up with the overall demand put on it, then it will not cycle out hormones or toxins at even close to 100% efficiency. You see, if you add more work to your already overworked liver by adding in stress and bad foods it slows down in its ability to keep your blood clean and recycled properly.

Therein lies the myths beleived that bad food and stress cause your acne. They do indirectly contribute to acne outbreaks but are only a small piece of the puzzle. Ok, so why do teenagers, some adults and women going through their monthly cycles have such bad challenges with acne.

The answers to these questions are:

1. Teenagers are going through one of the largest hormonal output (growth) periods of their entire lives. Their bodies seem to change by the day. Some people’s body chemistry’s slightly over produces androgenic hormones. Then it just comes down to who’s livers are able to function quickly to clear out all of the toxins and recycle the hormones fast enough to have very few acne out breaks. Those who’s livers are a little on the sluggish side have a few out breaks and the people with livers that are quite sluggish have chronic acne.

2. Adults with continuous acne problems generally have livers that have become compromised in their ability to down regulate (deactivate/recycle) excessive or old worthless hormones and or properly cleanse the blood of toxins.

3. The answer to women on their monthly cycles should at this point be rather obvious. They of course as you already know are producing an abundance of hormones. The occasional (for most women) acne flair up is also because the hormonal and or toxin levels have risen temporarily above the livers ability to remove or recycle them.

To state acne cause simply. Your liver becomes overwhelmed and cannot cleanse and or recycle toxins or hormones fast enough. Your immune system kicks in to light speed and you get acne.

There is a permanent solution to cure your acne once and for all.

The word acne can bring chills to anyone, especially an adolescent knee-deep in puberty or even an adult who struggles with the normal breakouts of life.  But acne doesn’t have to be an end because anyone can become acne free.  Below, five easy tips are outlined to help you rid acne.

  2. Keep your face clean, daily – Daily cleansing of your skin is important, and for some is a no-brainier.Your skin can pick up oils and debris throughout the day and even while you sleep, so cleansing twice a day is often recommended. You should try to use a soap that is mild and formulated for your skin type.Dead skin cells can clog your pours, so regular exfoliation can help bring a healthy glow to your skin.  This can help you to become acne free.
  3. By exercising, some people may think that they are doing more harm than good because they are bringing to the surface sweat that can breed bacteria.  However, the exercise has a two-fold benefit in helping you become acne free.First of all, by making a reduction of stress in your life, you can help to reduce your bouts with acne.Reduction of stress is best for your skin.Secondly, to help bring a healthy supply of oxygen to your skin, and help improve your circulation, you can exercise. Not to mention, exercise is recommended for the best overall health.
  4. If you don’t want acne, don’t smoke – Smoking can adversely effect the clearness of your skin as well as the function of many organs.Toxins can clog your pours. It is best to stop smoking, for the improvement of your skin and your overall health.
  5. Stay out of the sun – Although some unhindered sun exposure is good of our skin and bodies, this time should be limited.  When you’re out in the sun for prolonged periods, you should wear a UV protected sunscreen.

These tips are just a few that can help you rid acne.Everyone feels better when they look their best, and these are just a few steps in the right direction!

It is pretty difficult to decide on one single acne scar treatment when there are so many possibilities an acne suffer can choose from. The acne scarring level is the one to influence the treatment and the therapeutic approach, thus there can be mild, medium or aggressive, with the specification that people who experience an aggravation of the condition should consult a dermatologist instead of administrating remedies by the ear.

Keep in mind the fact that hygiene supports the use of skincare products as well as the acne scar treatment with topical and oral medication. Thus, the application of gel, cream or ointment is only allowed after cleaning the skin with soap and warm water. Or, do not try to camouflage the acne under thick layers of make up that only prevent the skin from breathing and thus aggravate the condition even further. Make a list of dos and donts to be sure that you know everything you need about acne scar treatment support.

According to doctors, when well chosen, an acne scar treatment can put an end to the acne outbreak efficiently. Sometimes several therapeutic methods have to be combined in order to show results; a good example here is the use of the physical acne scar treatment such as through light therapy and the administration of prescribed medication like an antimicrobial or a special cream. When prevention and curative precautions are not taken at least in the moderate acne stages, the condition may result in permanent scarring.

Severe acne forms are recognized by protruding red pustules with cysts beneath the skin. A person suffering from such a pimple outbreak will most surely develop serious skin damage and plenty of scars. When the acne scar treatment is chosen only at this stage of disease evolution, then it will often be more costly and extensive: drainage surgical techniques, incisions combined with oral antibiotics represent the main solutions for the melting of the cysts and the recovery of the skin health.

When the infection is stop, the dermatologist will most surely suggest an acne scar treatment to solve the problem of the scars. The more special procedures include blue light therapy, collagen injections, dermabrasion, laser therapy and several other methods. The problem with this part of the acne scar treatment does not result only from the high costs but also from the extensive treatment period. Several sessions will most often be necessary, carried out over a six month or one year interval, not to mention the side effects and the painful episodes after each therapeutic procedure.
