The new acne product out is a Lumiport acne pen which uses red, blue, and the combined to fight acne. The wave length for the acne pen is 650-670nm. Laser pens that people use as pointers have a wave length of 630-680nm, you think they can be used the same?
I’m meeting with my dermatologist to discuss going on acne treatment. The problem is, I’m going to be with my mom, who I haven’t told I was having sex yet. I need to be put on something that won’t interfere with the effectiveness of my birth control. Anyone know of one that actually works? I’m looking for an oral treatment since creams and gels don’t work for me and only dry out my skin.

When I was twelve my mother never taught me about skin care so as any non skin educated child I picked my acne and therefor I now have the deep scars on my forehead from the picking. Now I am on the mission to heal my skin and maintain it the proper way. I have heard honey is an excellent source for smoothing skin and healing. I have also heard vitamin A with fish oil will help heal skin. If anyone has any links to sites or any tips and information from experience or other sources please let me no. Thanks.
