  4. If you don’t want acne, don’t smoke – Smoking can adversely effect the clearness of your skin as well as the function of many organs.Toxins can clog your pours.It is best to stop smoking, for the improvement of your skin and your overall health. 
  5. Stay out of the sun – Although some unhindered sun exposure is good of our skin and bodies, this time should be limited.  When you’re out in the sun for prolonged periods, you should wear a UV protected sunscreen.
