To be acne free and healthy on the outside, you need to start with the inside. By cleansing and moisturizing your face on a regular basis, eating well, and drinking plenty of water, you will help rid acne from your face.

To hydrate your skin, drink 6-8 glasses of water a day. Water is a natural cleanser and purifier to help get toxins out of the body. It has to be done regularly to have results. Replace sodas and caffeine drinks with water to help with this process of cleansing. Water helps your whole body as well as your face.

Avoid fried foods and eat plenty of organically grown vegetables and fruits. Fried foods contain a lot of oil and your face may be breaking out due to the excessive oils already in your system. Avoid fried foods, as this will not only help to keep your face clear, it is a healthier choice for your whole body. Foods like beans, spinach, zucchini, and most fruits, are rich in fiber. To be on your way to an acne free face, try researching a list of fiber-rich foods that you like and eating them often to help your whole body as well as your face. By having fiber in your diet, you can make your body stronger against other diseases such as heart disease, high blood pressure, and cancer.

If you have trouble getting in all of the good foods for your skin and body, vitamin supplements may be a good choice for you. A qualified nutritionist should help you make the choices you need for supplementing your diet.By cleansing your face daily with a non-drying cleanser, you can help keep your face from breaking out with acne. Find something that cleanses your skin and clears its pores, as this would be a good start. To help kill the bacteria, you may have to find a separate treatment. Give yourself a good six to eight weeks of drinking water, cleansing your face and eating well to see some results.

It takes more than just one thing to help you become acne free. It is a whole body approach which includes cleansing inside and outside at the same time. The benefits are better for your body overall. You will look and feel better with clearer skin if you approach it as a whole picture rather than individual problems to be cured.

Acne can be a feat that many dream of overcoming, even starting in the adolescent years. Is it possible or is being acne free, just a dream?Even in the teenage years, it is possible to have vibrant and healthy skin that is clear of acne? Some think not, but I don’t agree with them! It is completely possible.

Becoming acne free can change your life!It can make you feel better about how you look on a daily basis, and boost your self-esteem.You won’t awaken in fear that your face has been visited by large zits during the night. Those days could be over, finally.

Keeping your face clean is one of the first steps to becoming acne free. One key to keeping the blemishes at bay is cleansing your skin twice a day with a soap that works well with your skin.Exfoliation of your skin every other day is often recommended by the experts.  This step will help you discard the dead skin cells that can build up and cause unwanted pimples.

Another part of keeping your skin clean is to nourish it from the inside out.Keeping your skin hydrated and healthy is essential, so eat a healthy diet and drink plenty of water. To keep your skin looking its best, eat foods that are high in anti-oxidants and omega-3 fatty acids.  Drinking 10 glasses of water a day will give your body and skin enough hydration to keep your skin radiating.

Rest is another factor to maintaining healthy skin.  Have you ever seen a person who gets no sleep with flawless skin?  It just doesn’t happen. In order for your skin to renew itself, you need to get at least 8 hours of sleep every night.  This quality sleep will also help you remain stress free which will keep you acne free

Eliminating stress can be a difficult feat in our day and age. However, exercising and getting plenty of restful sleep can help in this area.  Exercise is also essential for healthy skin as it keeps the skin properly oxygenated.

Other factors that can keep you rid acne are limited, unprotected skin exposure and no smoking.Limiting our exposure to the sun will help our skin, as it needs only a few minutes of sun exposure.Keep your skin protected from UV rays because they can do a lot of harm to your skin. Also, smoking cigarettes is certainly not the best for your skin.To avoid unwanted acne, don’t smoke cigarettes, as the smoke clogs your lungs and your skin’s pours with unhealthy toxins.

With these and other small steps, anyone can be acne free. It’s possible, and not just a dream. Many adolescents and adults are living this dream every day by properly caring for their skin.

To understand the true acne cause and the cure, it is first very important to eliminate a few of the Myths that in truth are not the real problem at all.

    1. Myth: People who have acne don’t clean their bodies well enough. OF COURSE this is untrue. Many of the worst acne cause sufferers are actually overly obsessive when it comes to cleanliness. Or if this were true then any worker such as an Auto Mechanic with oil and grease from cars on his face or a firemen with soot on his would have a huge problem with acne and this is just not the case.

    2. Mostly Myth: A bad diet is the culprit. Not completely true at all. Sure a bad diet can have an imposition on the liver and slightly contribute to your acne out breaks. But it is not the main cause or everyone who eats bad would have acne. We know this can’t be true because most people eat badly and most people don’t have acne cause problems.

    3. Mostly Myth: Stress- yes it can affect the liver slightly but again it by itself won’t be an acne cause.

    4. Another Myth: Bacteria- no, once again not even close to the actual cause of acne. Otherwise people with acne would be thought of as contagious and we all know that’s not true.

    5. Finally acne is also not likely caused by 99% of the myths floating around on the internet such as the completely non validated vitamin B-5 deficiency hype.

So what the heck is the real acne cause you’re asking?

Well, it’s simpler than you may think, it’s only 3 things working together and it’s truly pretty easy to understand.

The real cause of acne and the cure is simply a hormonal imbalance an over abundance of toxins and your Immune systems response to it. When Androgenic Hormones (the ones that build your body up) are to heavily produced or not properly eliminated or recycled way to much “Sebum” (skin oil) is produced. If this happens especially in the presence of a large amount of toxins the body’s Immune system kicks into gear to protect itself.

Yes, your real acne cause frustration is just your own body’s Immune system doing exactly what it is supposed to. Your body see’s huge Sebum secretions and high levels of toxins in the blood as potentially harmful breading areas for bacteria and so it forms sticky cells that seal off your skin duct (tunnel the oils travel out of). And, BINGO you have a new pimple!

But wait you say, you know friends with oily skin who don’t have any acne problems, what’s up with that? Easy, the answer lies in their liver. Here is where some of the non acne causes we talked about can have their mild but cumulative effects. If your liver is having a challenge keeping up with the overall demand put on it, then it will not cycle out hormones or toxins at even close to 100% efficiency. You see, if you add more work to your already overworked liver by adding in stress and bad foods it slows down in its ability to keep your blood clean and recycled properly.

Therein lies the myths beleived that bad food and stress cause your acne. They do indirectly contribute to acne outbreaks but are only a small piece of the puzzle. Ok, so why do teenagers, some adults and women going through their monthly cycles have such bad challenges with acne.

The answers to these questions are:

    1. Teenagers are going through one of the largest hormonal output (growth) periods of their entire lives. Their bodies seem to change by the day. Some people’s body chemistry’s slightly over produces androgenic hormones. Then it just comes down to who’s livers are able to function quickly to clear out all of the toxins and recycle the hormones fast enough to have very few acne out breaks. Those who’s livers are a little on the sluggish side have a few out breaks and the people with livers that are quite sluggish have chronic acne.

    2. Adults with continuous acne problems generally have livers that have become compromised in their ability to down regulate (deactivate/recycle) excessive or old worthless hormones and or properly cleanse the blood of toxins.

    3. The answer to women on their monthly cycles should at this point be rather obvious. They of course as you already know are producing an abundance of hormones. The occasional (for most women) acne flair up is also because the hormonal and or toxin levels have risen temporarily above the livers ability to remove or recycle them.

To state acne cause simply. Your liver becomes overwhelmed and cannot cleanse and or recycle toxins or hormones fast enough. Your immune system kicks in to light speed and you get acne.

There is a permanent solution to cure your acne once and for all.
