I have a lot of dark spots from acne and I always have to wear make up to cover it up. I need an answer for this cause its driving me nuts and not helping my self confidence any…please help

I’ve tried just about every scar cream and acne fighter out there. I’m over trying things because they NEVER work.
I still have a few zits here and there, but my scars are just horrible. They feel completely smooth, just like normal skin, its just red. If I look at my scars real closely they seem to have some small holes, but these aren’t noticeable at all.
I have enough money saved up, but there seems to be hundreds of different laser treatments out there. I don’t want to pay 3000$ to have my face turned into a pile of dead skin. I tried consulting a doctor who specializes in lasers, but he seemed to only be interested in my money. Where do I turn?

So ive had acne since i was 14 (now 21) and with the help of some creams and birth contorl pills i have the acne somewhat under control, now im left with scars and hyper pigmentation left behind and I am trying to correct it so my face is smother and pimple free
i bought a package of 5 microdermabrasions, 6 laser acne therapy treatments, and 1 TCA peel…the whole process is going to take about 4 – 5 months…ive already had one of each treatment and i think i see a small change but im not sure if its all in my head or not since im still in the beginning of the treatment….has anyone had experience with any of these procedures? LET ME KNOW thank u!!

After H.S i started getting Acne…and after my daughter i got completely full blown….and even after the acne got under control…it was to late…because my face was full of Dark Spots…i think is called hyper pigmentation…. I want to know if any one has done any laser treatments to try to fix it…and if soo has it worked

so guys
I’m having a very very very bad acne on my face. some of them still active and i still breakout. but I also have ALOT acne scars that the acne left behind.
I’ve tried many diffrenet treatments. like Proactive and some mix treatment that a family doctor suggested me to take.
non of them worked for me.
So, I’m thinking to have the laser acne removal, is it possible?
BTW I’m in Canada, Vancouver.

It does exist lol but i’m not sure.
I once read an advert in teen vouge with a handheld laser which removes acne in somthing like 74 hours.
I don’t want to go anywhere to get it done because then they’d come back again and i’d want somthing i can use regularily for small spots, and i think the treatment that they do is for people who have a lot of it and just need it all gone. i think it might help get rid of cuts too but i’m not sure.
I live in the UK by the way so products from there please?

My sister has really bad acne scars, and we found out about this laser removal about a week ago, and we tried looking for someone who has been through it before but no one that we know of has. The scars are all as small as an earing stud, but they’re really dark and she is able to cover it with make-up but once shes outside, you can see the make-up so that’s not so good! And also these scars are on her nose so its really noticeable! These scars are ruining her life, since she knows about her people being able to see her make-up, she rarely hangs outside during the day. My sister is only 15 and I feel so bad for her not being able to live a teenage life because of these scars and I want to help her the best I can!
DO YOU THINK THIS WOULD BE A GOOD OR BAD IDEA? And if someone has done this before, information on the prices is always nice to know!

I have cystic acne, but not severe all over my face. I get a few I guess you could say ‘normal’ pimples but occasionally I get the large cystic acne that stays around for months. My dermatologist has put me on Solodyn and a gel retinoid. She has had me on Solodyn for a month and told me to come back in a month. I have my appointment very soon and the medication has not helped at all. If it hadn’t worked she said a surgical procedure to cut and drain it would be required. The thing is that this cyst is on my cheek and I do not want a scar on my cheek. Would laser treatment work?
