Is acne complex a good effective acne treatment??????

Please ppl!! i need help.. i have really bad acne. and i cant afford to go to the doctor.. 1. i have no dermatoligist to go to where i live. 2. we cant afford 400$ worth of acne meds… and i read about acne complex and i was wondering if it is good and treats acne well.. if any used it pls tell.. if it works well or not… help me get rid of this acne quickly!!! pls..
